1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details and evidence (photos) of the issue.
Products that are opened, consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for returns.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs for returns due to customer’s change of mind are non-refundable.
If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Crunchy Karma will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Replacement / Exchange
We offer replacement for defective or incorrect products.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide the following details:
Order number
Product name and quantity
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, consumed, or partially used products
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Any promotional items or gifts
6. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled, report it immediately with photos.
Crunchy Karma will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
